REAL ESTATE OFFICER
Posizione:
The ideal candidate has 2 to 4 years of experience, preferably in the banking and/or financial sector, with proven expertise in managing leasing practices, primarily related to real estate, as well as the associated administrative tasks related to contract execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting of contracts and managing the appointment schedule with notary offices, clients, and legal representatives;
- Managing all activities related to the disbursement, administration, and finalization of contracts, from execution to termination;
- Providing consulting support within their area of expertise to the sales network and other departments within the banking group;
- Monitoring KPIs and preparing periodic reports for management use.

Requirements:
- Degree in Law, Economics, or a related field;
- Experience in contract and client management within the banking/financial industry;
- Knowledge of banking contract regulations, particularly related to financial leasing;
- Familiarity with AML regulations;
- Good command of the English language;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and shared management tools.
The ideal candidate also demonstrates strong problem-solving skills, a results- and customer-oriented mindset, as well as excellent communication and organizational abilities.
