Our client is a leading international company in the leasing sector. In order to strengthen its local structure, it has entrusted us with the search for the following professional profile:

REAL ESTATE OFFICER


Posizione:

The ideal candidate has 2 to 4 years of experience, preferably in the banking and/or financial sector, with proven expertise in managing leasing practices, primarily related to real estate, as well as the associated administrative tasks related to contract execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting of contracts and managing the appointment schedule with notary offices, clients, and legal representatives;
  • Managing all activities related to the disbursement, administration, and finalization of contracts, from execution to termination;
  • Providing consulting support within their area of expertise to the sales network and other departments within the banking group;
  • Monitoring KPIs and preparing periodic reports for management use.


Requisiti:

Requirements:

  • Degree in Law, Economics, or a related field;
  • Experience in contract and client management within the banking/financial industry;
  • Knowledge of banking contract regulations, particularly related to financial leasing;
  • Familiarity with AML regulations;
  • Good command of the English language;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and shared management tools.

The ideal candidate also demonstrates strong problem-solving skills, a results- and customer-oriented mindset, as well as excellent communication and organizational abilities.

The resource will be hired directly by the company on a permanent contract. Salary will be commensurate with actual experience, along with opportunities for professional growth, welfare benefits, and ticket reastaurants.
