Our client is a fully integrated Independent Power Producer of photovoltaic Renewable Energy, present in 8 countries (Europe, Latin America) with more than 750MW fully owned in operation and under construction and 3,7 GW of secured & advanced pipeline.

LAND ACQUISITION MANAGER - FOTOVOLTAICO



Posizione:

• Evaluate, and obtain potential land suitable for greenfield photovoltaic projects in Italy.

• Negotiate land acquisition agreements, surface right agreements and other legal documents with landowners.

• Conduct due diligence on potential land, including site assessments, cadastral evaluation, and permitting requirements.

• Collaborate with various teams, including development, legal and technical teams, to ensure smooth land acquisition processes.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with landowners, agents and brokers, local authorities, and other stakeholders.

• Support in identifying professionals to draft documents and boards for the permitting process.

• Assist and monitor the progress of projects under development in collaboration with local partners.

• Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations and market dynamics related to land acquisition in the solar PV sector.


Requisiti:

• Languages: English essential – Fluency in French would be an asset.

• Engineering degree, economics, architecture, environmental studies, or a related field.

• Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in land acquisition and real estate negotiations, preferably in the renewable energy or solar PV sector.

• Superior communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.

• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational skills, executive-level reporting, timely action and decision-making in time-pressured scenarios.

• Willingness to travel as needed in Italy. A driver's license is a prerequisite.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
