For the strengthening of its local structure, it has asked us to search for the following professional figure:

HEAD OF RISK MANAGEMENT

Posizione:

The ideal candidate is a professional with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role within the banking, financial, or risk management sectors. The role will be responsible for defining and implementing the risk management framework and will manage a team of two. This is a strategic position with direct exposure to top management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and update risk management policies and procedures.
• Monitor and report on key company risks.
• Coordinate daily activities of the Risk team.
• Support risk assessment for new projects and initiatives.
• Liaise with internal functions and supervisory authorities.

Requisiti:

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Risk Management or related fields.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and risk assessment tools.
• Degree in Economics, Finance, or other quantitative disciplines.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Extensive experience in banking and financial markets
