For a leading international company operating in the gaming & betting field we are looking for a
Posizione:
CONCESSION COMPLIANCE ASSOCIATE MANAGER
Requisiti:
What you’ll do:
- You will join the Risk & Compliance team, reporting directly to the ISO & Concession Compliance Manager;
- You will have the opportunity to be involved in the activities related to our concessions awarded through a tender released by the Local Authorities (e.g. ADM).
- You will manage relationships with business units to carry out the effective application of the concessions requirements, also through the performance on 2nd level compliance controls;
- You will carry out risk assessments;
- You will manage any findings detected as a result of the control activities, handling the relationships with stakeholders at different levels;
- You will support in the coordination of the same activities in the foreign subsidiaries (e.g. Morocco, Turkey);
- You will prepare periodic reports for local management and Flutter Entertainment Plc.
Who you are:
- You have at least 3-5 years of experience in similar roles within Compliance departments, preferably in multinational contexts;
- You have a degree in the fields of Law, Economics or Political Sciences;
- You have excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365 package (Word, Excel, Project, Power Point);
- You are an excellent communicator and comfortable in managing multiple tasks, collaborative, with problem-solving attitude, accurate in your deliverables and open to develop competencies in new subjects;
- You know how to work in a team, organize, schedule, communicate and present your activities and interact with different stakeholders, also in managerial roles;
- You are proficient in English and Italian, both spoken and written.
