As F&B Events Sales, you are passionate about promoting our F&B outlets and creating exceptional event experiences for our guests.

Your responsibilities include:Managing and developing the database of our F&B and Events’ customers.

• Developing and implementing a strategic plan to increase sales.
• Promote the F&B Outlets of the Hotel in order to maximise revenue.
• Collaborating with clients to understand their event requirements and provide customized solutions.
• Assuring proper after-sales follow-up with customers to obtain supportive feedback on service and product delivery in order to identify and address possible areas of improvement.
• Preparing the BEO to better address all the events details to the operational teams.
• Collaborating with the other departments of the Hotel in creating exceptional events for our clients.
• Creating and maintaining event budgets, ensuring cost-effective execution.
• Ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction by maintaining service standards and quality.

Requisiti:
