We are looking for an experienced Facility Manager for a client company to oversee facility operations, optimize efficiency, and lead new projects.

Posizione:

Facility Management & Operations:

• Manage contracts, orders, and supplier relationships.
• Design and adapt equipment based on production needs.
• Develop basic designs for facility modifications to support production requirements.
• Propose solutions to enhance efficiency and energy savings.
• Oversee facility layout, including machinery relocations and installations.
• Define design criteria for facilities and machinery.
• Utilize engineering management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Excel, AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
• Perform basic design and sizing for systems and services (e.g., sprinkler systems, piping).

Project Management & Implementation:

• Develop technical specifications for new projects.
• Ensure compliance with project objectives, quality standards, timelines, and budget constraints.
• Identify optimal technical solutions to reduce maintenance needs and costs.
• Create and manage detailed work plans, assign tasks and deadlines.
• Plan and monitor project-related budgets.
• Coordinate external contractors during installation and start-up phases.
• Proactively anticipate and mitigate risks with strategic response plans.
• Optimize inventory stock management.
• Provide training for maintenance operators.

Requisiti:

• Proven experience in facility management and project implementation.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
