Responsibilities

• Attend preliminary quality meetings at the Supplier's location
• Record the results of inspection activities with a special Report
• Check suppliers' ITPs (including procedures and instructions), also during site activities (if any)
• Follow up the inspection and test activities during the suppliers’ activities, through ITPs
• Conduct inspections, final testing, and tests in accordance with documented procedures or standards/international codes
• Notify, follow-up, support classification/analysis and verify the resolution of non-compliances and the implementation of changes

Requisiti:

• Degree in electrical Engineering or Technical secondary diploma
• Three years of experience in inspection and testing activities
• Two years of experience in the design, construction, installation, operation or maintenance of industrial plants will be considered as a plus
• Knowledge of the ISO 9001 standard or equivalent
• Knowledge of codes and standards in the field of: Diesel Generators, Cooling Water System, DCS, Heat exchangers, Compressors, valves, Medium and Low Voltage Switchboards and busbars.
• Certification as an expert in welding and/or non-destructive testing, for QC inspectors (only for Mechanicals)
• Preparation and verification of supply quality documentation and dossiers
• Be proactive in suppliers’ management
• Monitoring KPI and reporting
• Ability to organize and plan inspections
• Ability to evaluate the results of inspections
• Proactive and problem-solving attitudes
• Communication skills in relations with all parties involved in inspection activities
• Good knowledge of English
